Reliable and safe, the TSC series machines are fully automatic in-line TRAYSEALES for the packaging of foodstuff or non-food into trays. Suitable for traditional sealing, partial or high vacuum, MAP modified atmosphere, SKIN effect and oxygen.

You can easily install and remove the sealing mould that can cover different tray formats. In addition, the innovative COMBI technology allows MAP and SKIN packaging without the need for format change.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum pump on-board the machine and the vacuum and gas levels are controlled by an extremely accurate absolute sensor.

The mould opening and closing system is with toggle-joint mechanism, therefore mechanical. The mould closing force is not directly provided by a pneumatic piston but by a mechanical set of levers that, at the end of the run, is a guarantee of the perfect positioning of the mould throughout the sealing phase.

For the maximum packaging performance, the sealing temperature is constantly thermoregulated by a PID system.

The practical and intuitive 7“colour touch-screen display is definitely user-friendly. You can set and save all working parameters, manage the different functions and have all suggestions and alarm messages displayed.

A high-speed performing PLC is managing all that. A router for Ethernet connection allows remote control of the working parameters as well as interfacing the machine with your company’s systems.

A complete series of options such as product detection photocells, sensors for printed film, automatic output belts with automatic packaging alignment, weighing and labelling system, allow us to meet every customer’s need.

Three are the TSC models (TSC70 – TSC 175 – TSC 175 XXL) and they differ from each other in the length, the width of the trays loading counter and in the power of the vacuum pump, located on-board the machine or outside, depending on its power and size. The larger model TSC 175 XXL is a totally “tailor made” unit on client’s need and demand.

The machine structure is completely in AISI 304 stainless steel and the electrical panel is in IP66 / NEMA 4 insulation class.
