Re'Box reusable french fries pouches are the perfect containers for fast-food professionals wishing to offer a reusable product range to their outlets.
Made from PP material, with dimensions of 60x104x120 mm, Re'Box French fry pouches meet the new needs of professionals in the sector: easy storage, dishwasher compatibility, reusability of +300 cycles, and above all container traceability. FIRPLAST has developed these latest Re'Box innovations with the option of integrating a digital traceability system via RFID chip, QR code engraving or IML labeling.

At a time when establishments need to comply with new legislation concerning reuse in the catering sector (AGEC, EGALIM, etc.), container and stock management has become a priority for the sector. The cellulose thermoformed tray (TMF) - made from sugarcane bagasse - is the eco-responsible alternative to the PP plastic TMF tray.
This plant-fiber food tray is water- and sauce-repellent, thanks to its PLA coating (100% compostable and perfectly compatible with cold links). Diamond-effect faceted edges stiffen the tray in a bio-mimicry of the rough appearance of stone. These eco-friendly trays fit all TMF plastic tray sealing dies, and can therefore be sealed with peel-off film. Stackable between base and lid. Their lids facilitate transport for users and window display for catering professionals, as well as keeping dishes warm and opening/closing them. Suitable for both hot and cold food service. Freezer, oven and microwave safe.

These trays are compatible with vacuum & gas technology. Developed for the food processing and retail sectors, FIRPLAST offers industry professionals an integrated vacuum & gas solution for biodegradable products (EN 13432 standard), such as TMF and GN trays made from sugarcane pulp with a PP / EVOH / PP coating. This technology, which replaces the air inside the packaging with a protective gas mixture, enhances fresh food preservation while maintaining optimal quality, and enables manufacturers to replace the use of plastic trays for the foods on offer.
