BandoFix is an innovative palletised load wrapping process, recently developed and patented by Thimon.

? The principle of BandoFix:
- To ensure that the products are held on the pallet, respecting their integrity.
- To clear the bottom of the pallet, to make it 100% compatible with automated storage and handling systems.
- To offer a recyclable solution, allowing energy savings.

BandoFix pushes the limits of the solutions proposed on the market by :
- Completely freeing the handling tunnels on all 4 sides of the pallets, allowing the passage of the forks of handling machines;
- allowing the removal and reading of barcodes.

BandoFix avoids the plastic waste often generated by other packaging technologies, and thus
- avoids volatile plastic waste;
- saves film and allows the use of 100% recyclable hoods;
- puts an end to film tail problems.

The SWING is a wrapping machine with a rotating table, which allows the coverage of the 5 sides of the palletised load in only 1 cycle, thanks to its patented triangular arm and mobile return system.
Perfectly adapted to bulk products, it guarantees optimal cohesion and maintenance of the load, with total respect for the products, while offering an ultra-competitive quality/price ratio.
In addition, the control and adjustment processes of the film depositing force make it particularly suitable for the most sensitive industries.
