The labeling machines of the hotLAN series operate at high speed. The glue-saving hotmelt technology allows cycle rates of up to 60,000 pieces per hour and decorates cans of almost any type all around. Set-up times of between 5 and 10 minutes and non-stop operation of the machine contribute to the high availability and efficiency of the production line - important key figures in many plants that produce at peak performance in multiple shifts throughout the year. With the addition of code or other inspection devices and corresponding ejection functions, the hotLAN series not only achieves appealing labeling, but is also a true checkpoint in the production line for quality assurance on the store floor.

The moduLAN machine series comprises the rotary labeling machines from LANGGUTH. What no longer works on the straight runners, succeeds at the latest with the moduLAN. There are hardly any limits to container and label shape and size in addition to speeds. The various technologies of hotmelt, wetglue and self adhesive labeling can be integrated as modules individually, multiple times or in combination. Four labeling units are available for this purpose. For the different requirements, LANGGUTH has designed three different basic machines that can accommodate a different number of pack plates. The plate rotation required for the labeling process is either continuous by a central drive or dynamic in that servo motors can control each plate individually. Cameras or special sensors within the machines make it possible to align the packs without contact. Supplementary labeling technologies and control devices can also be integrated effortlessly.

The selfLAN machines are the flexible type from LANGGUTH. From low-cost entry-level models to complex plants, everything is possible. The highly standardized modules enable an individual system configuration that is precisely tailored to customer requirements. This means that the selfLAN series can meet virtually any labeling requirement, from wrap-around labeling of cylindrical packs to multiple labeling on all possible positions and pack shapes. High efficiency due to short changeover times, very good accessibility, simple operation, and high reproducibility of results are the distinguishing features of this series.

Thanks to its comprehensive mode of operation, the wetLAN series offers solutions suitable for a wide range of industries. The sophisticated machine design guarantees remarkably simple operation as well as fast changeover to different label formats and container sizes. In addition to main labeling, combined adhesive labelers for lid or seal labels can also be installed. Common industrial printing processes also mark labels individually or in batches. Various control systems ranging from sensors to camera systems are used for the modern production line and for quality assurance.
