The MSK Defotech pallet unwrapping system offers fully automated pallet film-packaging unwrapping and integrates seamlessly into the existing flow of incoming materials. The system is the ideal solution for higher production speeds and for reducing personnel costs in multiple-shift operation. With regards to work safety, especially when dealing with tall pallet loads, the unwrapping system reduces manual intervention by personnel to a minimum. After unwrapping, the MSK Defotech automatically prepares films for recycling through a special film removal system. When using homogeneous film types, these can be completely recycled – an advantage that contributes to the profitability of the production line. The compressed film bales also allow space savings in storage.

Whether you are dealing with under-palletized, heavy, or pressure-sensitive pallet loads, shrink-wrapping is one of the most stable solutions for securing your pallet loads. The shrink-hood is applied without making contact with the load during the hood application, and ultimately surrounds the load like a second skin, without exerting pressure on the products / load itself. The MSK Multitech automatic shrink hooder adapts the hoods to each individual load. This reduces film consumption to a minimum. Recycled films or films made with biodegradable materials can be used on MSK hooders. A compact version is also available, for use in plants with limited space. To finish, the MSK Multitech head can be lowered to human level, making maintenance easier for operators.

MSK palletizers can be expanded with a large selection of accessories such as centering frames, tray makers, tray magazines, empty pallet magazines, labelers and much more, which allows adaptation to a wide range of production and packaging needs and configurations. If needed, MSK robotic palletizers can be configured to handle layer tier sheets. For higher performance requirements, a separate layer sheet inserter is used. Thanks to their modular design, they can be equipped with a wide range of palletizing heads and add-on modules, offering the largest possible flexibility. MSK palletizers allow automatic and high-precision palletizing.

The fully automatic stretch hood machine MSK Tensiontech works with a special film stretching process when assembling and attaching a stretch hood. This enables the packaging of a wide variety of palletized or non-palletized load units with a flexible stretch hood. The MSK system stretches the film hood specifically for each package in any coordinates in the longitudinal and transverse direction - and thus offers exactly the flexibility you need and high protection against theft. The machine is also equipped with the MSK collar stretch procedure, where the film is placed on the top board of the pallet, this allows automatic pallet handling using AGVs & automatic high-bay warehouses. Thanks to the compact design, balanced vertical movements and a patented stretching process, you achieve very low energy consumption (less than 0.07 kWh per pallet) and can process the thinnest films (down to 20μm). Here, too, the use of films containing recycled material is possible.
